How it works
List your industrial property in under 10 minutes.
Warehousebook is the Philippines' directory for warehouse, logistics, and industrial property. Whether you own a warehouse looking for a tenant or you broker industrial space, the steps to get a listing in front of qualified companies are the same.
Create your account
Click Register in the top-right of any page. Enter your email and choose a password. We send a verification email — open it and click the link to activate your account.
Already have an account? Click Log in instead. Forgotten password? Use Forgot password on the login screen and we'll send a reset link.
Open the upload wizard
Once signed in, click Upload Property in the top navigation. You land on your My listings page where you can start a new listing or continue editing a draft.
Pick New listing to launch the three-step wizard. Nothing is stored in the database until you click Save draft or Publish listing — feel free to explore the fields without commitment.
Fill the three-step wizard
The wizard guides you through three groups of fields:
- Location & boundaryDrop a pin or draw the property boundary on the map. We auto-detect the area, road frontage, and any industrial park or ecozone the parcel sits inside.
- Property detailsTitle, description, apex / shoulder height, truck access, loading bays, utilities. Required fields are marked — the wizard refuses to submit until they're filled.
- Photos & mediaUp to 12 photos (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, 5MB each). Optionally add a YouTube tour link or an external listing URL. The first photo becomes the gallery hero.
Publish — and likely go live immediately
When all required fields are filled, click Publish listing. If the system flags nothing unusual, your listing goes live immediately and you get a confirmation email with the public URL.
If there's a duplicate match against an existing listing or the system needs an analyst's eye, your listing enters the moderation queue. Most reviewed listings get a decision within one business day.
Common questions
Do I need a PRC license?
Only if you list under the Broker or Agent kind. Property owners can list their own warehouses without a license. The kind you pick affects the badge shown on your listings.
Is there a fee?
Listing is free during the current phase. Paid plans with higher placement and more concurrent listings are coming — we'll email registered owners when they launch.
Can I list a property I don't own?
Yes, as a Broker or Agent. Brokers and agents list properties on behalf of owners; the listing carries your contact details, not the owner's.
What happens to drafts I never submit?
They stay in your account indefinitely. You can delete a draft anytime from My listings. Photos already uploaded to S3 are cleaned up in the periodic orphan sweep.
